Mr .Igbokwe has continued to share his experience with the public and stakeholders locally and internationally through papers, articles and reports which he presents at different for a or publishes in both local and international journals and newsletters.
In recognition of his invaluable contributions to the development of the law especially maritime law, and formulation of policies for the advancement of the maritime industry, he was invited to serve in various capacities in the local maritime industry as the consultant to National Maritime Administration and safety Agency(NAMASA) on cabotage Services, on the Bill for the merger of JOMALIC with NMA to form NAMASA, Alternate Chairman, Legal/Regulatory Sub-Committee of the Ministerial Committee on the implementation of the coastal and inland Shipping(Cabotage) Act 2003. He is also the President Nigeria Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Igbokwe is a member of various local and international profession associations. He is happily married with children.
“The Nigerian Maritime Cabotage Policy and law: The case and Advocacy” is his first book.
